Many of our doctors are happy to see patients in the rooms. Due to COVID restrictions our waiting space is limited, therefore we will ask that you attend at your appointed time and alone where possible. Should you require a carer for your visit, your carer must register their details at the front desk in case contact tracing is required.
If your doctor is running behind or our waiting rooms if full to its maximum COVID safe requirement, you may be asked to wait outside the rooms. If you are early, you may be asked to come back at your appointment time.
Our reception will still ask you about any illness and you may be asked to wait outside of the rooms. You will be required to wear an appropriate face mask in our rooms and if you do not have one, we can provide you with one.
We appreciate your understanding as we strive to keep patients, doctors and staff free from COVID-19.
